starting at 60% do 3 reps.
continue up 5% at a time doing 3 reps until you fail to get 3 reps.

2. 7 min AMRAP
2-Clean and Jerk 135/95
5-Barbell Pushups

3. Not for time but minimal reat between:
ME Unbroken Ring Dips
30-Hand release Pushups
ME Unbroken Ring Dips
