15-Front Squat 135/95
15-Ring Dips*
30-Double Unders(3/1 singles)**
*scale to ring pushups or regular pushups. Goal should be a movement you can do unbroken. If you scale go back after WOD and work on ring dips or ring pushups
**if you have to scale double unders it means you need to practice double unders. Do not leave the gym till you have spent at least 5 min working on double unders
