Burpees
Unbroken KB Swings 88/62

(Scale swings to a weight you can do unbroken. This should be a sprint. After workout every time you broke do additional 20 burpees) burpee penalty is to make people scale down. This should be a 4-6 min wod. Not 12 min because you used heavier weight than you should.

2. Give it your best effort at sprinting:
800m ME Run
Rest 4 min
400m ME Run
