1. Shoulder press

2. 20 min E2MOM
200m Run
2-Dumbell Thruster
3-burpee over dumbells
(Score is fastest plus slowest round)
If you fail to complete a round in the 2 min then complete the remainder of the 10 rounds as if for time

Performance WOD
1. 20 mi to find 1 rep max Snatch

2-thrusters 135/95
3-bar facing burpees
(Score is fastest plus slowest round)
