1. For Time :
100m run
10-Ring Dips
10-C2B Pullups
100m Run
10-Ring Dips

(Scale ring dips to ring pushups and then pushups if needed)
(Scale c2b to banded c2b. Indo not want anyone doing regular pullups. I want the extra range of motion worked. If necessary to do ring rows make sure you pull chest as high into rings as possible)
2. Work on weaknesses: double unders. Rope climbs. Handstand walk. Or any other skill
