Fitness and Performance WOD

With a Partner
20 rounds for time and load
(10 each alternating rounds)
5-Bench Press
200m Sprint

Partners can use different weight. While partner is running load the bar for your weight. Goal is max weight and fast time. So you can go up or down on bench weight as needed just make sure to write down different weights for total. You have to bench it for all 5 reps to count it. Partner can not start bench until other partner is in position to spot.
