6×5 heavy

2. 5 rounds for time
100m Sprint
5-Stone over Shoulder 100/75
20-Double Unders
(This should be a sub 6 min Sprint. If you take longer do some burpees)

Performance
1. 1 rep max Snatch (yes squat)

2. 5 rounds for time
100m Sprint
5-Stone over Shoulder 100/75
20-Double Unders(sc:30 singles)
(This should be sub 6min. Go hard and fast. If it takes longer do some burpees)
