Before anyone decides to panic and cherry pick this is the easiest WOD of the week. For new people we can scale the distance. For anyone who is feeling super beat up take this down to a recovery pace. Jog at a comfortable pace and take water breaks between laps if needed. Use it as active recovery. The rower uses 86% of the muscle in the body so it will be good to get them all moving and loose for Thursday
