No dumbells(burpee box step overs)
Dumbell Shoulder Press

If you ditch the dumbells for metcon work some dumbell or regular deadlift after the WOD.
If you dont do HSPU during the WOD to be able to go faster then work some HSPU or Hamdstands after the Metcon
