1. OH Squat
10 min EMOM
1-OH Squat 65-75%

2. 10 1-minute rounds of:
8 burpees over the bar
Max reps of KB Swings

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

Performance
1. 10 min EMOM
1 hang snatch@ 65-75% for entire emom

2. 10 1-minute rounds of:
8 burpees over the bar
Max reps of power snatches

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

Men: 135 lb.
Women: 95 lb.
