1. 10 power Snatch (95/65)
2. 10-15 pull ups
3. 10 bar facing burpees
4. 12/9 cal bike
(scale reps/weight so that you can complete the work in 30-35 seconds. if unable to maintain as EMOM complete as 5 rounds)
