1. With a partner of roughly equal skill alternate rounds until each partner has done:
4 rounds
500m Row ME
30-Sit-ups
20-Unbroken KB swings 53/35
(These should be done at a max effort sprint. Goal should be to push your partner to go sub 3 or sub 4 each round depending skill level on each round.)

2. 3×10 KB Halo(5 to the right, 5 to the left)
