Brutes tomorrow is a very important day! We are retesting for the body weight challenge! You must be present tomorrow to be eligible to win the contest.
WOD 10/8/14
These must be completed in this order. Rest as needed between movements but must be completed within the 1 hour allowed for your class to be prize eligible.
Coach will perform weigh in then begin.
1. ME Unbroken HSPU. (Use same scale as last time if you scaled it)
2. ME 1 Brute mile run
3. ME Unbroken Wallball 20/14
4. ME Unbroken Pullups
5. ME Unbroken Pushups
(Yes this may be slightly different order than you did the first time but it’s crossfit. Get over it. Expect the unexpected. If you have been working on these elements on your own with a desire to win the competition then it won’t matter.)
