1. Weighted Ring Dips
5×3(those that cant do ring dips scale to weighted ring pushups or bar dips or weighted pushups working with partner to place weights on back)
2. 2 Person Team
400m Farmer Carry 88s/62s
100-Cal Assault Bike
(1 pair of KBs. Alternate the carry. Every time Partner 1 puts them down both partners do 10-Pushups and everytime Partner 2 puts them down both partners do 15-Air Squats. if you need a yoga map for pushups from knees figure out a way to take it with you. partner not doing carry can hold or something)
