100-Double Unders
10-Front Squat
50-Double Unders
(Double under scale. If you have been here a year or more it is 5/1 singles. If you have been a member less than a year its 3/1. If you dont like it stop waiting till jump rope is programmed to work on it. Everyone at the gym should be practicing jump rope until they have double unders)
