1. 4 Rounds For Time:
Walking Lunge w/2 db farmer Carry 50/35
OH Walking Lunge Right Arm 50/35
OH Walking Lunge Left Arm 50/35
(each pass will be length of gym. so carry 2 dumbells down with them hanging in farmer carry. drop one dumbell and walk back with 1 dumbell over head right arm. walk back down with 1 dumbell over head left arm. repeat for 4 total rounds.

(goal here is to move super fast. if you cant do the weight unbroke scale down the weight and move fast)
