Build to a heavy double.

2. For time and load
5 rounds
12-1 arm KB swings
9-Bench Press
6-Strict Pullups

Performance WOD
1. Snatch Balance
7×1 build to heavy single. Go up each set

2. For time and load
5 rounds
12-Dumbell/KB Snatch
9-Bench Press
6-Strict Pullups
(Include weights used with time for score on the board)
