Be on time. we will need to have over head squat and warm up done in first 20 min of class. show up ready to go on time

1. OH Squat

2. 5 Rounds
50′ Dumbell Bear Crawl 50s/35s
30-Double Unders(5/1 singles)
400m Run

3. 5×20 partner situps using wallball. throw to standing partner
