C-Lunge time

On a running clock
20 min to
Run 1 mile or 2k Row.
with remaining time
AMRAP
10-Burpees
15-SLamballs 50/30
20-Russian Twists 20/14
(10 touches each side for the 20 RS)
at 20:00 on the clock
200m Walking Lunge for time
