1. 2 person teams:
2 rounds
1 mile run (4x400m)
100 situps(split equal)
(rx + 20/10 vest or ghd sit ups. Dont do both)
If you wear a vest you still do abmat situps. If you dont wear a vest you can scale up to GHD situps. You CAN NOT wear vest AND do ghd situps
