2×60% guys blue/girls red
continue up 5% until you fail to get get 2 reps

2. 8min AMRAP
5-Bench Press 185/95
10-KB Swings 70/53
10-Box Jumps 24/20

(Class go in 2 heats so that everyone has a spot on bench press)
