100’Bear Crawl(down and back inside gym)
200m Run
1 Rope Climb*
200m Run
100m Run with Slamball 50/30
50′ Bear crawl pushing slamball
Hand over hand both pullup bar in garage door**
(If you cant complete an obstacle do 10 burpee before moving on. Yes every round if u cant do the obstacle do 10 burpees for it)
*use only the rope in corner by exit door. First come first serve
**jump up or climb up a box and start at one side of pullup bar and walk hand over hand to the other side. Then run to next doorway and repeat. This is to simulate the stright line monkey bars
