OH Squat 4×3@75% (Performance)

2. If running Barbarian:
15 min recovery pace row.

If NOT running Barbarian:
15 min ME Row for Meters

Strength:

3×5 Bench Press @80%(add 5lbs if got all reps last week)
3×10 Bent Over Row(add 5lbs if got all reps last week)
