Fitness and Performance

1. Bench Press
Find 1 rep max Pause Bench
Then 2x ME @80 of it

2. 5 RFT
200m run
10-Ring Dips
10-Backward walking lunges
(Scale to ring pushups or bar dips. Can scale to regular pushups if unable to do above)
