For max reps at each station:
Tabata dumbbell push presses 50/35
Tabata weighted walking lunge
Tabata ring dips
Tabata weighted walking lunges
Tabata dumbbell push presses
8 rounds of 20 sec work with 10 sec rest at each station before moving on
(scale options: reduce weight. ring pushups or regular pushups)
