This is not a recovery pace row. This is a max effort figure out what pace you have to beat or maintain in order to get a new PR row. If you want to row sub 20 u have to maintain a sub 2:00/500m pace. Set your goal. Most classes this will need to be done in 2 heats. So be on time and prepared warm up and to either start or cheer. Be prepared to stay the entire hour of class. First heat doesnt get to walk out on the second heat after the second heat sat and cheered them on. Rower must be set to 5000m countdown for time to count as board eligible. Must include 00:00.00
