1. Spend 10 min working on handstand freestanding holds. Use the wall if necessary but try to work on keeping feet off of it.
2. 10min AMRAP
10-GHD Sit-ups
15-Ring Pushups
20-Box Jumps 24/20
(Part 3 immediately following 10min AMRAP)
3. 3min to accumulate as many Double Unders as possible
(Scale count double under attempts. There is no singles conversion)
