2. On a 3 min Clock complete 4rounds:
400m Run
ME Wallballs 20/14 with remaining time

Rest 3 min between rounds(score is total Wallballs)

3. Work on rope climbs.
Try to do one with legs. One without legs. And one L-Sit leggless
