Fitness and Performance

1. 15 min to work with coach on handstand holds or technique on HSPU. Work on scaling options with up to 3 ABMATs.

2. 15 min AMRAP
200m run
10-HSPU*
10-Stone Over Shoulder 100/75
*scale handstand pushup by cutting reps to something you can do unbroken or use abmats. Can also do a combination of reps and seconds of handstand holds. Fitness can scale to heavy dumbell strict press.
