Brutes we are maxing Front Squat tomorrow Tuesday 9/9/14. We have been working on this cycle for 10 weeks so please try to be here

1. Shoulder press 3×3@80%
If you don’t have a max ST just build to a moderately heavy triple. On the last set of 3 immediately following 3rd rep do ME push press before racking bar.

2. 20 min AMRAP
100m Run
15-Sit ups
10-Pushups
